Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-10. Last updated 10 July 2026. Plain-language summary of the terms that apply when you use Decision Keep.

1. Acceptance

Decision Keep is operated by Growpay Technologies Pty Ltd (ACN 656 964 180), trading as Decision Keep. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using Decision Keep, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Decision Keep on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Decision Keep provides a tamper-evident ledger for automated decisions: each decision is sealed, signed with your organisation's own key, linked to the previous entry, and verifiable offline. We do not alter, and cannot alter, records once signed by your key.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You control and safeguard your signing key; loss of the key limits verifiability.
  • You are responsible for the lawfulness of the decisions you record and for meeting any human-in-the-loop obligations imposed by law (including APP 1.7–1.9 disclosures).
  • You will not use Decision Keep to process unlawful content or evade legal obligations.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Self-host is licensed for a monthly fee. Core and Enterprise plans are billed on the cycle you choose (monthly or annual) and metered per decision above the included allowance. You may cancel at any time; paid periods end at the close of the current billing period.

5. Availability and indemnity

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service or the content of decisions you record.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Your signed records remain verifiable from your own exported data after termination.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to us. Enterprise customers can request a Data Processing Addendum and our SOC 2 control mapping from the security page.
