Accessibility statement

Decision Keep is committed to WCAG 2.1 AA conformance (working toward AAA where feasible) across every console and dashboard – because forensic tools are used by compliance officers, legal teams, engineers and, critically, the people whose automated decisions are being recorded. Access is a prerequisite for contestability.

Perceivable

  • WCAG 1.4.3 colour contrast ≥ 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text across the marketing site, docs and dashboards.
  • Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or function (WCAG 1.4.4) and no information is conveyed by colour alone.

Operable

  • Full keyboard navigation (WCAG 2.1.1): every control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators (WCAG 2.4.7).
  • Logical focus order and no keyboard traps; target size meets 44px for critical controls (WCAG 2.5.5).

Understandable

  • Predictable navigation and consistent labelling; form inputs have programmatic labels (WCAG 3.3.2).
  • Error messages are associated with their fields and machine-understandable for assistive tech.

Robust

  • Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and ARIA roles where native semantics are insufficient (WCAG 4.1.1 / 4.1.2).
  • The evidence-chain diagram is an inline SVG with <title> and <desc> so it is announced correctly by screen readers.
